I had my first spoils from the garden yesterday.  I've never grown lettuce before, does anyone know if it grows back? 

Here's my name on the board for my first patient.  RPD adjustment after a car accident, went well.  I won't have my first cleaning or operative dentistry until the next few weeks.  I'll keep you updated.

Here's the upgraded garden for this year.  You can see the expressway in the background.  Used some broken off railroad ties that were fenceposts to make a nice border, cut out the grass and added topsoil. I'm hoping it won't get mowed this year, and hopefully the better soil will help get healthier plants.  I still used the area where the old garden was and you can see the massive red onion left over from last year next to the pumpkin hill, 3 feet tall already.  The last pic is of the back of some landscaping where I plant my extra seeds.  they don't seem to weed it well, so I should be safe:)

Charity just mentioned to me that Paul Harvey passed away at 90.  I was just thinking about the very distinct memories I have of riding in the blue Pontiac Catalina diesel riding with Jenifer and Aunt Hannah listening to Paul Harvey and the rest of the story on the way to SCS in Saline.  A pretty cool memory.  I think Jenifer and I were about 10, maybe 11?  It's sad to lose another well spoken respected conservative.  As a side note, I REALLY miss Ronald Reagan too.
